Match the complete system
The inverter and battery need compatible operating voltage ranges, current limits and charging controls. Where closed-loop communication is required, the protocol and supported firmware must also match.
Bring the exact model numbers
Photograph the nameplates on your existing equipment. Give your installer the battery model, inverter model, quantity and any current alarms. Similar-looking products can have different requirements.
Check before expanding
Do not assume additional modules can be mixed with an existing bank. Ask for the manufacturer’s expansion rules and compatibility confirmation for the actual configuration.
